Photo: Memorial remembers the horses lost at Tioga Downs

It has been nearly eight months since fire set to a barn at the harness racing track at Tioga Downs resulted in the death of 30 horses, one cat, and left a trainer burned after he attempted to rescue the horses.

Now, a memorial with their names etched upon it graces the hillside, and with the casino as a backdrop so all may never forget.
