If you are in a position where finances don’t allow you to prepare a large dinner for you and your family, the Bostwick’s would love to have you come enjoy dinner with them on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25, from 1 to 3 p.m. The dinner will be held at 1121 Rte. 96 in Candor.
If you are alone, also plan on spending the day with them. This will be a sit down traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner with all the fixings. Served will be turkey and dressing, real mashed potatoes with gravy, candied yams, squash, corn, green beans, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, sweet breads, pies (apple, pumpkin, or cherry), and nonalcoholic beverages.
The Bostwick’s are asking you to let them know if you will be coming to dinner so they can prepare enough food. Call 659-4842 with your preferred sit down time as well, and the number of people in your group. All are invited.
The community has come together to put on this dinner with tremendous donations of money, groceries, and the hardest of all – volunteering their time.
