Arrest made following stand-off in Windsor, N.Y.

Arrest1Members of the New York State  Police arrested Jose J. Gonzalez, age 45 of 42 Bennett Rd. in the Town  of Windsor after a domestic dispute at his residence yesterday.  They charged him with two counts of Menacing in the Second Degree, two  counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and one count of Criminal  Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree – all Misdemeanors.

Police responded to the residence  at 4:00 p.m. and learned that Gonzalez had threatened two people with  a .22 caliber rifle during the dispute. As troopers closed off Bennett Road and secured the  scene, a neighbor told responding troopers he heard what he believed  to be a single gunshot.
